The Foreign Welders Associations in Japan (FWAJ) is an institution dedicated to technical training, advice and dissemination of activities related to the welding sector. Our main objective is to share knowledge and experiences, support the new generations, facilitate the obtaining of certifications and promote the integration between foreign workers and Japanese companies in the sector.

As a group of professionals committed to training, we are aware that each welded part is used in products and structures that will be used by people, whose safety is our responsibility. Therefore, our work involves not only teaching technical skills, but also promoting a culture of safety in the welding industry.
